This window design was inspired from the Harakeke (flax) that grows in the customer's garden. Tui birds often visit when the flax is in flower. The large window is at the front of the house, facing the road.
The design and the glass used makes the most of the natural light and gives the owner some privacy and adds beauty and colour regardless of the weather outside. The window was double glazed first and the leadlights were placed into the aluminum frames attached to the existing framework.
